We hope you find them useful as you consider management options for your patients. The guidelines have been developed with global experts who have authored 17 chapters covering the A-Z of TDT diagnosis and management with both conventional and innovative therapies. The new guidelines not only provide updates but also take a different approach to various topics, aligning with the expanding evidence of recent years. Please make sure to disseminate them within your networks.
